Admission Requirements
* Child must be 2 years old and wearing pull-ups (No diapers)
* Children 3-5 years old must be toilet trained
* Submit Child’s health record (FORM 14)- updated immunization health information.
*Submit Early Childhood Pre-K Health Record Supplement
*Physical Examination & Immunizations Record must be taken within a year of entrance in school
*Submit a copy of birth certificate
All required forms must be submitted BEFORE, the first day of school.

All meals are to be consumed on school property and during scheduled time.

+ Do you have enrollment availability?
As the new school year approaches, we currently only have availability for our 3-5 year old class. We have a waitlist for our 2-year old class. It will be upon availability and is not guaranteed. We highly recommend turning in your application, along with the non-refundable application fee, to secure a position on the waitlist.
+ Does my child have to be toilet trained?
2-3 year olds who are NOT toilet trained will be accepted, but will be placed in our 2 year old class. 3-5 year olds MUST be toilet trained.
+ What is the teacher/child ratio?
1:8 for our 2 year old, 1:12 for our 3 year old, and 1:16 for our 4 year old.
